9 December 2025 Enerlux Power joins the Trench Group
Enerlux Power has joined the Trench Group, an international company specialising in power quality and grid-stabilisation technologies.
This transaction marks an important strategic step that further enhances the value of our expertise and products. By integrating with the Trench portfolio—particularly our advanced capacitors and air reactors for FACTS systems — we will be able to offer our customers an even broader and higher-performing range of solutions.
Final closing of the acquisition is expected in the coming months, contingent upon the usual closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
In the meantime, all activities will continue as usual: our customers and partners may continue to rely on the Enerlux team for any operational or commercial needs.
