CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

The automatic power-factor correction equipment, HS series is composed of:

• Metal CABINET made of sturdy pressed sheet metal treated with a phosphating process to protect against corrosion and then painted with epoxy powders, colour RAL 7035 and screwed panels.
• DISCONNECTING SWITCH with door lock.
• Sets of FUSES type NH00 curve gG with a high breaking capacity.
• Three-pole AC6b capacitor duty CONTACTORS, rated for connecting each step.

Their peculiarity lies in the fact that the the limiting resistors contacts close in advance of the main contactors, to limit the peak current at the insertion of the residual currents. The contactor coils are 380Vac 50Hz (other voltages available upon request).

CAPACITORS.
• Internal connecting CABLES are flame-retardant FS17.
• ELECTRONIC REGULATOR EPF4T for automatic step switching and cost control.

The HS series equipment has been specifically designed for industrial power-factor correction for smallscale operations

• Check correct terminals, bolts and nuts tightening
• Follow instructions related to installation, connection and periodical maintenance
